02 — Design & Proposal

Before any work begins, we deliver a fixed-price proposal with a clearly defined scope, schedule, and material allowances. You'll know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it will be finished.

Detailed scope of work and itemized pricing
Material selections and design coordination
Signed agreement and project schedule

03 — Permitting & Pre-Construction

We handle the permits, schedule the trades, and order long-lead materials so the moment construction starts, everything is in place. No surprises, no delays.

Permit submissions and approvals
Subcontractor scheduling and trade coordination
Material ordering and pre-construction walkthrough

04 — Construction

You'll have a single project manager from day one — coordinating every trade, every delivery, and every inspection. Sites are kept clean, finished spaces are protected, and progress is communicated regularly.

Milestones:

Dedicated project manager and daily site cleanup
Regular owner walkthroughs and progress updates
Quality checks at every major phase

05 — Final Walkthrough & Warranty

Before we close out, we walk the project together and address every detail on the punch list. After handoff, your work is backed by our written workmanship warranty and full manufacturer warranties on materials.
